I viewed a documentary a few weeks ago about "rebooting" our bodies and getting back to a more plant based diet. It was very enlightening and corresponded with several other documentaries and articles that I've digested over the last year. This week I watched the follow up to the documentary this week and it validated how I've been feeling about how that there is no quick fixes and that the most important change is to develop healthier lifestyle choices. What we eat, how we eat it, and getting active and staying active. A day to day paradigm change that a long with a reboot can help us to develop new systems of healthier lifestyle choices.
